Week #3: Patricia

This week Jordana and I discussed a variety of helpful and interesting things about getting a business off the ground.  However, I’d have to say the biggest point I came away with had to do with customer payments.  I learned that for a service-based business such as mine would be, setting up a pay terminal and getting customers to pay via credit is truly the ideal form of payment.  Jordana helped me realize how giving out a card number can have an almost binding effect on customers, which helps reduce the chance of them backing out of a verbal deal.
